                                            SALAD
oK! I guess You should try to eat salad, and you know how to make salad right? get all kinds of vegatable and chop them up and then put some salt and eat it, it is pretty healthy, and ahh I think you can try one more thing, get a small potato and put it in Microview and then press potato butten, then eat it with salt and that is healthy too..let me know if you need anything else. good luck
Chicken Fruit kabab
Ingredients: 1. 4 pieces of chicket breast (boneless) 2. 8 pieces of dried Apricot 3. 1/2 cup of dried cranbarry 4. 2 teaspones of honey 5. 1 teaspone of fresh ground ginger mix the ingredients of # 2, 3, 4, and 5 and divied in 4 portions and wrap each portion with the chicken breast, roll it and close it with a toothpick and put them in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Doesn't sound that great but taste wonderful, try it and you will like it. Serve it hot yuummm yuuummm ....by Baharra  
AFGHAN SAMOSAS
MY BAD HERRE IS DA RECIPE FOR IT.> 1.soft taco (tortilla)-dough in the bag 2.boil potatoes 3. Cumin seed-1 tsp 4.Red chili powder-1 tsp 5.Peas-1/4cup(optional) 6.chopped cilantro -1tsp 7.allpurpose flour-1tsp

8. water to make a paste-2tsp 9.oil-1tsp, plus oil for frying DIRECTIONS:Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, put in cumin seeds when they burst, add red chili powder, potatoes, peas, and salt. Mix well then add cilantro. set aside. In a small bowl mix all purpose flour, water and make a paste. Fold tortilla into triangle shape, place the potato filling in and stick the edges tightly with paste. Heat oil in frying pan. Carefully slip it into the hot oil. Fry until crisp and golden. Server HOt with chutney or ketchep if u prefere...
LAGHMAN
Ingredients: 1 kg or 7 1/2 cups flour, 400 g (14 oz.) mutton or beef, 1 egg, 3 potatoes, 1 green radish, 1 carrot, 100 g (3-4 oz. ) cabbage, 4 onions, 4 tomatoes, 1 head garlic, salt and cumin. Method: 1. Make stiff dough out of flour, eggs, salt , and water. Cut into noodles and boil in salted water. Drain, saving the water for the sauce, and rinse with cold water. 2: In very hot oil, fry sliced onions, strips of carrots and cabbage, add sliced peppers. Then add diced potatoes, meat, fat, and radish. Pour in water from noodles and cook on low heat for 30-40 min. Put a portion of noodles in a soup bowl, add hot soup, and garnish with chopped greens
HALEEM
ingrediants 2x 500g rolled flat oats (the flatter they are the easier to cook) 1 cup selomena 1x whole chicken 3x onins 2ltr water (even more whilst cooking) suger for serving 1 cup oil for serving Method: steps.. 1. (to make chicken stock) in a pressure cooker, add onions, whole chicken and about 2 ltr of water and close lid, leave till chicken is very soft and easy to peel 2. seperate the chicken from the stock (keep the chicken stock) and peel chicken into small pieces there is no need for the onions after this stage 3. add stock to large pot, and add the flat rolled oats stir until oats become soft (this may take a while 4. add chicken pieces TIP: **put the pot in high heat for the oats to soften quickly and add continous water, stir continously or the bottom may burn 5. add selomina and stir once the selomina has been added there is no need for further water to be added just contiinous stirring is involved 6.once, all the oats and selomina have been softened lika a porriage mixture, it is ready, place a cloth over the lid and place on it on low heat, and after 4 minutes turn off Haleem is best served during winter for breakfast with oil and sugar, along with tea it is like a porriage mixture but with the added taste! for best results, ad a little bit of oil in the pot with the haleem whilst reheating, do not reheat in the microwave enjoy!
AMLAT
Take 1 egg, mix it and then add red peppers, salt, black pepper, little vineger, chatnee gashneech, murch dolma(any available type of chilly) add and stirr them together, take a pan and then heat it, put 2 table spoon of oil. when the oil is heated put your amlet mixture in it and then move it around so it gets cooks, do not over cook it.when you cook it take teh pan off the grill. now take ur sub bun(6 inches) put some onions, turshee(dill, badraang, anything u like basically) put some hot sauce and then put ur amlet on top and serve it hot i havent put the measurements because its common sense
MONTO
Ingredients: 500 g or 3 3/4 cups flour, 1 kg mutton or beef, 100 g (3-4 oz.) mutton fat, 500 g (18 oz. ) onions, 1 egg, salt, black pepper. Method 1. Make stiff dough out of flour, eggs, salt , and water, let stand for 30 min. 2. Finely chop meat and onions, mix well, and add salt and spices. 3. Roll out dough into flat layer about 1-2 mm (1/20 in.) and cut into 10x10 cm (4x4 in.) squares. Place a tablespoon of filling and a piece of chopped fat in the center of each square, pinch edges up around the filling forming rectangular or triangular dumplings. Place manto on greased layer of steamer, and steam 45 min. Serve in bowls, top with yogurt (cut and add a bit Garlic), cooked beef or lamb mince (qorma) and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and coriander.
